Mech & O Ltd provides:

• Consultation & Installation Services for customized water solutions.
• After-Sales & Maintenance Support for all units sold.
• Technical Training and Education on water sustainability.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue any service or product without prior notice. Our commitment remains to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and energy-efficient water systems across Mauritius and beyond.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
Acceptance occurs only when we send written confirmation or deliver the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

• The product is unavailable,
• Payment authorization fails, or
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and may include or exclude VAT as indicated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice due to market conditions, import duties, or currency fluctuations.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfers
• Credit/debit cards
• Cheque payments (upon prior approval)

Payment must be received in full before delivery or installation. For large-scale projects, partial deposits and milestones may apply.

6. Taxes and Duties

All applicable VAT, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in a formal quotation.
International clients are responsible for all customs duties applicable in their respective countries.

7. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines vary based on stock availability, import lead times, and project scope.
We aim to deliver within 2–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Installation services are available for most units and are carried out by certified Mech & O technicians.

Delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, transportation strikes, or weather conditions are beyond our control and shall not result in penalties.

8. Product Use and Responsibility

All Mech & O systems must be used in accordance with the user manual provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper ventilation, electrical supply, and maintenance conditions.
Unauthorized modifications or misuse of the unit may void warranty coverage.

We are not liable for damages caused by:

• Incorrect installation by third parties,
• Poor maintenance, or
• Environmental conditions outside the recommended humidity range.

9. Warranty Policy

All Mech & O products come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Replacement of faulty components

It does not cover:

• Damage from improper use
• Electrical surges or corrosion
• Unauthorized repairs

For warranty claims, customers must provide the original invoice, serial number, and photos/videos showing the issue.

10. Maintenance and Servicing

To ensure long-term performance, periodic maintenance is required.
We offer service contracts covering:

• Filter replacement
• System inspection
• Software updates

Maintenance schedules depend on humidity levels, usage intensity, and environment.
Neglecting scheduled servicing may reduce system efficiency and void warranty coverage.

11. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are granted only if:

• The product is defective upon delivery, or
• The wrong model was shipped.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Custom-configured or installed systems are non-refundable.

12. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before shipment with no penalty.
Once goods are shipped or installed, cancellation is not possible.
For project-based orders, cancellation fees of up to 30 % of the invoice may apply to cover procurement costs.

13. Risk and Ownership

Ownership transfers to the customer only after full payment is received.
Risk of damage or loss passes upon delivery or handover.
Customers are advised to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

14. Website Usage Policy

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any unlawful activity.
Prohibited actions include:
